Payroll Executive at a Growing Outsourcing Service Company in YangonReporting Manager - Payroll Operations Manager and General ManagerResponsible for the smooth operation running of payroll process for the assigned clients.Up to 600,000 MMK plus other benefitsKey Areas of ResponsibilityCollecting and keeping record of client’s dataStoring and filing the documents in placeResponsible for 100% accurate salary calculation, tax on tax computation and preparing monthly reportsRegistration and reporting accordingly at labour office, SSB and Tax officesPreparing pay slip and distributing salaries to all clients’ employeesContributing payment at PIT, SSB offices and dealing with government officersLiaising with finance team to issue invoice and transfer salaries to bank accountsRequirementsAt least 2 or 3 years of experience in HR, admin and payroll related fieldsGood command of English is preferableStrong computer literacy and able to use ExcelDetailed oriented, flexible and responsible personalityHighly focused on teamworkBenefitsSalary + Monthly Bonus + Yearly Bonus + Other BenefitsHighlightsFast growing and international working environment with lots of new things to learn. Payroll Associate at a Growing Outsourcing Service Company in YangonReporting Manager - Payroll Operations Manager and General ManagerUp to 300,000 MMK plus other benefitsKey Areas of ResponsibilityResponsible for the smooth operation running of payroll process for the assigned clients.The RoleAssisting to collect and keep records of client’s data Assisting to store and file the documents in place Assisting to calculate the monthly payroll, tax on tax computation and preparing monthly reports Registration and reporting accordingly at labour office, SSB, and Tax offices Assisting to prepare payslip and distribute salaries to all employees Assisting to contribute payment at PIT, SSB offices and dealing with government officers Liaising with the finance team to issue invoices and transfer salaries to bank accounts Performing ad-hoc duties assigned by Payroll Operations Manager and General ManagerRequirementsAt least 1 or 2 years of experience in HR, admin and payroll related fields or Fresh GraduateGood command of English is preferable Strong computer literacy and able to use Excel and type more than 40 words per minuteDetailed oriented, flexible and responsible personalityHighly focused on teamworkBenefitsSalary + Monthly Bonus + Yearly Bonus + Other Benefits HighlightsA fast-growing and international working environment with lots of new things to learn.
