Description
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands to achieve sales targets and market share objectives
Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies
Lead the development of promotional materials, including advertising campaigns, sales aids, digital content, and educational materials, adhering to regulatory guidelines
Direct report to Marketing Manager
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies mainly for OTC products
