CRM Senior Engineer at International Telecommunication Company

The Role

Develop and maintain system and application workflow

  • Solution design, configuration and delivery of CRM and Contact Centre
  • solving customer complains, fixing errors and corporate with other internal derpartments
  • Understand how CRM work
  • Installation update modules and errors troubleshooting
  • Handling multiple simultaneous projects
  • Directly report to Senior Manager

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in related field
  • 2 years of experience in telecom
  • University graduate
  • Advanced in Spoken and Written English
  • ERP experience preferred
