Customer Service Manager at International Property Services Company in Yangon

  • Lead to maintain excellent clients’ relationship and supervise the activities of Customer Service operation
  • Up to 2,200,000 Kyats per month

The Role

  • Develop and train a center team
  • Keep track of team member’s performances and team’s objectives
  • Drive center team to deliver exceptional services in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain efficient filing system for company related documents
  • Aid Sales Team when necessary

 

Requirements

  • Good communication in English
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
  • Background in hospitality and customer service
  • Strong IT skills
