EUS (End User Support) at Global IT Company

The Role

EUS is responsible for providing client users the 1st Level troubleshooting remotely as the details below

  • To provide on-line telephone and email technical IT service to client end users for daily WPS support
  • Categorize and handle incidents and service requests for IT support components
  • Diagnose software and hardware issues and collect required information, response emails and voicemail

Requirements

  • Advanced English
  • Understand Domain/Outlook/File Server/Share Drive/SCCM/ITIL/VPN/MS-Office (Excel; PowerPoint; IE; Adobe Acrobat)
  • 1st Level Infra support experience is a plus
  • Certified ITIL V3 Foundation/PMP/ISO 9001-2000 Auditor is preferred
  • Preferably experienced in working overseas
