Field Sales Manager at Global Healthcare Company

  • Responsible for meeting sales objectives, managing and monitoring projects, conduct sales coaching sessions and performance evaluation of medical and sales representatives
  • Up to $ 1300 plus other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a global healthcare company helping people defeat serious chronic conditions.

The Role

Key accountabilities include:

  • Setting objective, sales target in collaboration with National Sales Manager
  • Coaching and developing medical and sales representatives according to coaching plan and individual development plan
  • Responsible for coming up with yearly area sales plan with inputs from medical and sales representatives
  • Review and consolidate reports done by reps and provide appropriate feedback
  • Monitor each team member sales effectiveness KPIs and provide coaching to achieve individual and team KPIs
  • Adhere to internal and external requirements on business ethics and SOPs

Requirements

  • A Degree in Marketing, Sales, Medicine, Pharmacy, science or MBA (Marketing or Business Admin)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry and include at least 2 years in sales managerial post
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate and able to perform sales and business analysis
  • Fluent in English
