The Role

  • Develop mandatory and optional staff development, orientation, effective training programs and structure benefits programs to retain top talent
  • Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff
  • Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation benefits, training and development, budget and labor relations
  • Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to the company’s objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible salaried Human Resources administrative and supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, public administration or closely related field, HR Certification or HR advanced training
  • Strong command of English and Burmese
  • Strong knowledge of developing and leading training programs
