HR Executive at International Travels and Tours Company

  • Develop, organize and implement operational manuals, human resources procedures, standardized forms and documents.
  • Up to MMK 800,000 plus attractive bonus

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations and HR related issues
  • Develop job specific training program for all operational positions
  • Organize and conduct employee testing and performance review programs
  • Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new laws
  • Conduct employee recruiting, screening, hiring and disciplinary activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant role
  • Must possess a BA degree in relevant discipline (MA preferred)
  • Solid background of HR experience in recruitment, training, remuneration and handling employee relation issues
  • Ability to work under pressure
