HR Manager at the first private Airport Operator

  • Leading and Develop different policies & procedures of the company

About the Company

Our client is Myanmar first private airport operator, which will have the capacity to handle at least 12 million passengers per annum and employing over 1400 staffs to perform key functions between the two airports focusing on airport operations and managements

The Role

The role bears the full responsibility for

  • Ensure that all HR activities are complied with HR policy, procedure and government regulations
  • Managing overall general affair functions and office administration
  • Support activities of employee performance assessment activities and payroll operations
  • Create Staff development and career planning programme
  • Assist the department heads in Recruitment & Selection

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (Human Resources Management Degree/ Diploma preferred)
  • Experience in Human Resources Management fields preferred
  • Proficient English 4 skills, excellent Human Resources Management skill, good interpersonal and team work skills
  • Office Hour 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) No Ferry provided/
