The Role

The candidate is responsible for Employee Relations. One for Staffing and Recruitment. One for Training Program. And one for Employee Assessment/Compensation.

  • Handle all functions of HR
  • Determine human resource requirements
  • Develop strategic manpower planning
  • Support activities of employee performance assessment activities and payroll operations

Requirements

  • Advanced English is a must
  • Experienced in Human Resources Management fields preferred
  • Strong MS Excel and teamwork skills
