Maintenance Manager at one of the International Leading Beverage Company Myanmar

  • Lead and Manage the Plant & Facility Maintenance with a strong knowledge of maintenance management
  • Up to 1,500,000 Kyats + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a well-known international food and beverage company and growing in Myanmar. They have nice working environment and are a company who strictly follows compliance.

The Role

  • Lead and Manage the all maintenance activities of plant equipment & facility through maintenance management system
  • Responsible for the spares management and control through SAP
  • Must have a strong knowledge and experience about maintenance planning & control
  • To implement, review and comply with Quality, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environment Management System in maintenance areas

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Maintenance Department (FMCG experience Preferred)
  • Must have knowledge about manufacturing processes of beverage in various packaging types (cold fill, hot fill, Aseptic, blow moulding) and quality management system
  • Must be proactive and able to lead the maintenance team with strong leadership skills
  • Must have a knowledge of the principles of production management
  • Degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Good Communication Skills in English and Burmese
