National Sales Manager at Global Healthcare Company

  • Responsible for setting objectives, strategies and sales target in collaboration with the country manager
  • Up to $ 3000 plus other allowances

Our client is a global healthcare company helping people defeat serious chronic conditions.

The Role

Key accountabilities include:

  • Manage & coach a group of sales managers and sales representatives
  • Oversee the planning and execution of sales plan by the sales team members
  • Review and consolidate reports done by reps and provide appropriate feedback
  • Managing medical representative representatives and Field Sales Managers (FSM) in achieving sales and activity target
  • Develop and implement together with marketing for increasing market share
  • Control Sales budget spent

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Medicine, Pharmacy, science or MBA (Marketing or Business Admin)
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry and include at least 3 years in sales managerial post
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and coaching other employees
  • A team player with good management, interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated & result oriented
  • Computer literate and able to perform sales analysis
  • Fluent in English
