Job Description

Planning Manager at Leading Int’l Construction Organization in Myanmar

 

  • Ensure overall project accomplished in time, contributes to value engineering and constructability reviews
  • Up to 1,500,000 Ks + Bonus

The Role

  • To manage overall project planning with primavera software and drive effective project programme
  • Assists project management in the transition of planning phase to construction
  • Creates strong relationship with government, trade contractors and material vendors
  • Works in support of construction team with the understandings of policy, laws, method of statement and processes
  • Responsible for project updates and validates planning metrics as per project completion
  • Monitors ongoing project with regards to the schedule and financial plan
  • Attends business development meetings to assist in making presentations and engagements

Requirements

  • At least minimum 5 years in project planning management in construction industry
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical institute
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and Mandarin or Cantonese speakers would be preferred
