Production Manager at one of the Leading Engineering and Manufacturing Company in Myanmar

  • To Lead and Manage the production activities within the factory
  • Up to 1,300,000 Kyats + Bonus  

About the Company

Our client is a leader in switch gear panel and transformer manufacturing throughout Myanmar and offer liquid-filled and dry-type transformers, as well as services for complete life-cycle support, including replacement parts and components.

The Role

  • Direct responsibility for discipline in the production work force.
  • Direct responsibility for operation and basic maintenance of production lines.
  • Direct responsibility for safety of personnel and equipment in production function.
  • Experience in leading managing people to accomplish improved business results.
  • Direct responsibility for coordination with other functions on production related activities.
  • To Manage the production team with a high understanding of Generator and Electrical devices

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years’ experiences in Production Department
  • Bachelor Degree Holder of the Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Preferred)
  • Must have a hands on Experiences of Generator and Electrical Devices
  • Must have a high understanding of production management
