Global FMCG Company is looking for Sales and Distribution Manager to lead the regional retail sales team
o Manage the whole B2C channel of sales and distribution
o Up to $2000 plus high commission rate
About the Company
Our client is a global FMCG company with 3 years history in Myanmar. They are rapidly growing their distribution business and increasing the numbers of brands bringing into Myanmar.
Growing the company’s B2C side of business by managing and building the whole sales and distribution team.
● Achieve budgeted sales numbers and margins as per the annual agreed plan
● Deal with international Brand managers globally
● Report to MD
● Research, prepare and develop Brand Strategies
● Manage growing team of sales executives
● Minimum 5 years’ experience including senior sales roles in an FMCG Company
● University Degree holder
● Excellence verbal and written communication in English
● Good business relationship building and communication skills with external stakeholders
● Good strategy planning and analytical skills
