Senior HR Manager at the Fast Growing Travel Services Organization in Myanmar

About the Company

A largest travel services company with rapidly growing in Myanmar is looking for the Burmese Professional to establish the new HR strategies to develop the Business Development Area of the Company.

The Role

The role bears the full responsibility for

  • Update HR policies & procedures in line with all branches in Myanmar
  • Create Staff development and career planning programme
  • Support activities of employee performance assessment activities and payroll operations
  • Ensure compliance of HR with the rules and regulations of the Myanmar labour law and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years work experience preferably in Travel Services or Hospitality management position
  • Prefer MBA or similar degree, ideally in Human Resources Management
  • Strong command of English and Burmese
  • Computer Literate and be able to work under pressure
