  • Responsible for all develop training plan for all staff based of needs analysis
  • Design and implement regular induction and overview In House/External training to new staff
  • Salary ranges 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 MMK plus attractive benefits

About the Company

An international micro banking industry with rapidly growing in Myanmar is looking for the Burmese professional to establish the new training management to develop especially in all aspects of operations, branch operations as well as technical areas.

The Role

The role bears the full responsibility for

  • Training Management
  • Design and implement refresher trainings as per schedules
  • Support external trainings and exposure visits and coordinate
  • HR adherence to all organizational policies and procedures
  • Direct report to CEO

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver high quality & high impact tranings
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar Language required
  • Preferably minimum 3 or 5 years of experience in relevant job
  • Knowledge of participatory training and adult education theories advantageous
  • University degree in relevant discipline required
