- Achieve Sales Targets, Resolve Customer Complaints, and Monitored volume growth
- Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly meeting, review & manage performance, manage company's assets in territory.
- Recruit & select sales staff, train & coach staff, manage team performance
- Solve operation issues; manage 3rd party performance, review 3rd party performance plan.
- Report to General Sales Manager
- Bachelor degree/MBA preferred
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in Sales
- Indicate the annual percent of time that this job requires overnight travel or day trips
- Sales operation for FMCG knowledge
