About the Company

Our client is a well-known International beverage company across the globe and growing in Myanmar. They have nice working environment and have branch offices in Myanmar.

The Role

  • Achieve Sales Targets, Resolve Customer Complaints, and Monitored volume growth
  • Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly meeting, review & manage performance, manage company's assets in territory.
  • Recruit & select sales staff, train & coach staff, manage team performance
  • Solve operation issues; manage 3rd party performance, review 3rd party performance plan.
  • Report to General Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree/MBA preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in Sales
  • Indicate the annual percent of time that this job requires overnight travel or day trips
  • Sales operation for FMCG knowledge
