Our client is a firm mobile financial service which is a joint venture between a leading telecom and a nationwide bank. It is providing Myanmar people a time-saving, reliable and efficient financial services via extensive agent networks or mobile phones.
Accountability to handle Distribution setup and channel operations, E-balance and cash management, merchandising and visibility
- Distributor (DTR) shortlisting and appointments.
- Shortlisting and appointment of channel sales executives (CSE)
- E balance and Cash float management
- Support trade marketing in planning and estimation of merchandising items
- Report directly to the Head of Mass Market Distribution
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing
- Preferable 3+ years relevant sales and marketing experiences, Telecommunication, Retail Business
- Familiar with retail environment, dealers and channel management
- Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins
