Job Description

Training Coordinator Role in the Global group of Company

  • Up to $1,200 per month
  • Perform key player of HR team in the global well-known group of company

About the Company

Our Client Company is international group of company which is provide automotive, infrastructure, and engineering and after sales operations to serve the retail and commercial needs of Myanmar.

 

The Role

  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
  • manage training budget
  • manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2,3 years’ experience in Training
  • Worked in multicultural environments
  • Fluent English and Burmese
  • Must have knowledge in training methodologies
  • strong power point design and  presentation technique and  skills
