Job Description

Admin Manager at the international financial service company in Yangon

  • Support internal operations of the organization by planning and implementing administrative systems
  • Salary up to 1,800,000 MMK plus attractive bonus package

About the Company

Our client is one of the international financial service companies entering the Myanmar market.

The Role

Responsible to supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members

  • Cooperate with management and accounting team to set budgets and monitor all the expenses
  • Evaluate and provide guidance about potential improvements in each of employee’s performance
  • Plan and organize office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews and training sessions
  • Serve as a liaison between administrative personnel and senior management to identify the needs and concerns of employees

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Admin Managerial field
  • A Bachelor Degree Holder is a must and other related business administrative qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Able to communicate proficiently in both verbal and written English
  • A team leader with strong office management experience and good time management skills
