Responsible for planning, arranging and managing meetings and other activities
- Maintain weekly schedules of employees
- Organize and provide documents, reports and information
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in related fields
- Associate degree is a must
- Strong Japanese language skill is required (if can speak English is plus)
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
