Administration Manager at the leading real estate services industry in Yangon
- Review and improve administrative functions and procedures of the organization
- Salary up to 1,200,000 MMK plus performance bonus

The Role
Responsible to monitor and supervise the operations of the administrative department
- Supervise day to day procedures and functions of all the departments and staff members.
- Ensure if all the necessary supplies are fully stocked and whether the office equipment are working properly and maintained.
- Assist in planning and promoting office events, conferences and meetings.
- Collect, maintain and organize all the confidential employee information and records.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in administrative managerial field.
- A Bachelor Degree is a must and other business qualifications will be an advantage
- Strong command of English is required
- A good team leader with strong communication and good communication skills
