Administrative Officer at well-known International Company in Nay Pyi Taw

 

  • Overseeing the overall administrative functions on daily basic

About the Company

Our client is one of well-known International Company in Myanmar

The Role

Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the office

  • Manage employee records, organize files, answer calls, and provide support for the entire company
  • Updating office policies and procedures
  • Arrange travel arrangements, meetings and other events and operation including translation
  • Report to the Senior Executives and support in back office and administration matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Administrative field
  • A bachelor’s degree is a must and other degree in business administration or related field are highly preferred
  • Strong command of both English and Burmese is highly preferred
  • An excellent interpersonal skill and an outgoing person with good communication skill
