The Role

  • Train and motivate sales team and allocate sales targets
  • Gather market and customer feedback and oversee sales operations
  • Research sales team performance, analyse sales data and report to respective heads


  • At least 6 years of working experience and 3 years of management level at FMCG companies
  • University’s Degree holder
  • Intermediate English and above level
  • High negotiation and self-motivation skills
