- Train and motivate sales team and allocate sales targets
- Gather market and customer feedback and oversee sales operations
- Research sales team performance, analyse sales data and report to respective heads
- At least 6 years of working experience and 3 years of management level at FMCG companies
- University’s Degree holder
- Intermediate English and above level
- High negotiation and self-motivation skills
