Job Description

Assistant HRIS Manager at the fastest growing International Company in Yangon

  • Support and maintain of a company's HR systems

About the Company

The Role

Responsible to maintain the day to day smooth running HR operation of the organization.

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of HR Information Systems
  • Liaise with department heads, employees and vendors for operation and to resolve problems
  • Process employee data like leaves, wages and working hours
  • Collaborate with IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to HRIS

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in relevant field
  • A Bachelor degree holder is a must and other related IT or professional qualifications will be highly preferred
  • Strong command of English is a must
  • An outgoing person with strong database knowledge who can work under deadlines and excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Products & HRIS systems
