Assistant Sales Manager at a Leading Global Medical Device Partner Company in Mandalay

  • Responsible for driving private sales and government sales of medical devices (Diagnostic Imaging Products)

  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK + Competitive Incentive + Allowances

Our Client is a leading global medical device partner in Myanmar and providing healthcare solution to private and government customers by offering high end products, services, and solutions from global companies.

The Role

  • Work closely with management team in implementing the strategy and in achieving of sales target to enhance the departmental goals

  • Collaborate with sales associates in organizing their sales appointments and creating the opportunities and aiming to achieve the departmental goals

  • Develop new or maintain relationship with KOLs, Private Hospital and Government Officials

  • Work closely with customers to understand their conditions of hospitals/clinics and effectively link product features and benefits to customer’s needs to help promote sales

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in medical related business

  • Outstanding performance records and proven sales performances

  • Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills.

  • Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers

  • Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and work independently.

  • Excellence English Communication Skills

  • Must be Mandalay Native or able to station at Mandalay for long terms
