Develop go to market strategy based on analysis of market needs and competitive landscape
Develop menu of solutions with appropriate pricing strategy to meet growth plans
Strategize promotion plans and customer reward program
Present value-adding services to offer to high level supply chain decision makers of the organization
Prepare proposals and lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process
Report monthly, quarterly, and annually on sales leads, growth and sustainability.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales or business development channel with logistic service background
Outstanding performance records and proven sales performances
Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of logistics services
Good Business acumen with strong relationship building skills
Excellence English Communication Skills
