​Business Development Manager at a Leading Commercial Supplies Distribution Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for new business development, project sales and direct procurement on Kitchen Equipment, Hot water system / Water equipment, stove, etc.

  • Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus Other Benefits and Allowance

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities for project sales, new business development, product marketing and procurement for the commercial equipment / supplies of Kitchen equipment and Hot water system / water equipment

About the Company

Out client is a one of the local commercial supplies / equipment distribution in Yangon. Well known in Myanmar market for Water treatment system, Kitchen Equipment / Appliance. Having a strong sales performance in Dealer and Retail channel, now they are expecting to expand the Construction, HoReCa market in terms of project team

Description

  • Responsible for monitoring sales activity, performance of Project sales team, supporting commercial activities by negotiating with key customers, contract terms, project perspectives

  • Researching market opportunities and report to Head of Business, involving Project sales activities by developing new potential leads and projects, maintain existing key customers

  • Direct-sourcing / procurement for achieved projects, dealing with international suppliers, negotiating price and control imported stocks, keep tracking record on importing the supplies together with the Supervisor

  • Plan and implement marketing materials to promote the items and supplies to dealer shops and owned showrooms

  • Managing to project sales team and report to Head of Commercial department

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience within HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurants, Café) and Construction Materials industry background (Paint, Sanitary wares, Cement or Concrete, Office supplies, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, prefer if MBA candidate

  • Mandatory intermediate English

  • Skills: Interpersonal skills, Ownership mindset, soft skills
