Responsible for handling the overall compensation & benefits functions.
- Facilitate with all departments and implement the benefit programs for employees.
- Manage the payroll processes along with the labour law and compliance.
- Identify market trend through salary survey.
- Handle the confidential documents and information of the employees.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related background.
- A Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications in HR or business management will be preferred.
- Strong command of English is required.
- Proficient in MS office and familiar with HRIS.
