- Handle complaints from customers and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the Company.
- Develop and maintain customer relationship and records by updating account information.
- Comprehend knowledge on up-to-date on market information, products and be able to convey key message to customers.
- Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience in Hospitality Industry
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Business English level is a must.
- Strong customer relations experiences, preferably business-to-business (B2B) dealing experience.
