The Role

Responsible for setting the tone for a customer-focused environment.

  • Use feedback from Customer Service surveys to build customer loyalty
  • Train, develop and motivate customer service team
  • Demonstrate Bank's service standards of accuracy, responsiveness, courtesy
  • Regularly create value added conversations with customers to uncover opportunities


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in Banking industry
  • Bachelor’s degree desired. Post Graduate Business degree, or certificate is preferable
  • Excellent level in English
  • Exceptional communication and people management
