Responsible for setting the tone for a customer-focused environment.
- Use feedback from Customer Service surveys to build customer loyalty
- Train, develop and motivate customer service team
- Demonstrate Bank's service standards of accuracy, responsiveness, courtesy
- Regularly create value added conversations with customers to uncover opportunities
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service in Banking industry
- Bachelor’s degree desired. Post Graduate Business degree, or certificate is preferable
- Excellent level in English
- Exceptional communication and people management
