Job Description

Director of Sales and Solutions at the Leading Construction Material Supplier Company

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Up to 5,000,000 MMK + Annual Bonus

Our client is the most successful International Product and Solutions Provider Company in Construction Industry.

The Role

  • Monitor market trends and gather key information and intelligence for better market opportunities
  • Initiating Business Plans Comprising of Sales Strategies and value propositions to support Myanmar Strategic Plan
  • Manage key customer relationships and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and formulate forecast action plans to increase sales volume and sales revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of Sales experiences in Construction material related industry and must be in Senior Management Level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Relevant majors.
  • Strong experience in managing and chasing international or major contractors.
  • Advanced English is compulsory.
  • Knowledge on technical software such as AUTOCAD would be an advantage.
