About the Company

Responsible to support the executive team by managing the overall administrative tasks
- Perform office duties including ordering supplies which are necessary
- Make travel arrangements for executives and ensure the meetings and schedules
- Handle documents and filings that are confidential and other paper works
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos and invoice letters and the other administrative duties assigned by the executives.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- A Bachelor Degree is a must and other related Business Administration qualifications will be an advantage
- Able to communicate proficiently in English
- A hardworking person with strong organizing skills and able to meet all the deadlines.
