Responsible to provide general administrative support in an efficient manner.
- Facilitate the communication between executive and clients, customers.
- Prepare and handle all the financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other confidential documents.
- Assist the team by performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial field
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related business professional qualifications such as Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Proficient in both verbal and written command of English
- A team player with strong interpersonal and ability to meet all the deadlines
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + Sat & Sun off
