Responsible to organise and support overall administrative tasks
- Manage confidential documents and make sure they are secure
- Setup and coordinate meetings and appointments and prepare meeting minutes
- Arrange travel, transport and accommodation and manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related background.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications such as Business Administration, business management are preferred.
- Strong command of English (Thai & Chinese is also preferable)
- Should have business etiquette, be able to travel and resourceful to management’s needs
