Head of HR at an International FMCG Company in Yangon
Leads and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and systems for the entire business
Up to 8,000,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

The Role
Responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs
Requirements
Proven experience as Head of HR or HR Director
Have ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
