About the Company

Responsible for designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems
- Design company policies and procedures and prepare budgets by department
- Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
- Measure the effectiveness of the company’s benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Minimum 7 years in related HR field and at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and post-graduate qualification in HRM will be highly preferred
- Strong command of Business English
- Excellent communication skills, superior interpersonal skills and budget management experience
5 working days, up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
