About the Company
Our client is an expanding business which is providing Myanmar people a timesaving, reliable and efficient financial services via extensive networks.
Overview of the position in one sentence.
Manage overall HR planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and training and development.
Develop HR department policies and procedures, employee’s handbook, review JD & JS and create overall HR templates.
Performs annual performance appraisal, conduct the salary survey in the market and propose to management and also deals with department HODs for KPIs on yearly basic.
Performs other ad hoc assign by management.
Report directly to Country Manager, manage team more than 10 members.
Bachelor’s degree at management field. MBA degree is preferable.
Above 10 years of experience in a related field.
Proficient in Business English
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
5 working days, up to 2 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
