Job Description

Head of HR at the well-known financial service companies in Yangon

  • To manage HR team and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Up to 5,000,000 MMK and other benefits


About the Company

 Our client is an expanding business which is providing Myanmar people a timesaving, reliable and efficient financial services via extensive networks.


The Role

  •  Overview of the position in one sentence.

  • Manage overall HR planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and training and development.

  • Develop HR department policies and procedures, employee’s handbook, review JD & JS and create overall HR templates.

  • Performs annual performance appraisal, conduct the salary survey in the market and propose to management and also deals with department HODs for KPIs on yearly basic.

  • Performs other ad hoc assign by management.

  • Report directly to Country Manager, manage team more than 10 members.



  • Bachelor’s degree at management field. MBA degree is preferable.

  • Above 10 years of experience in a related field.

  • Proficient in Business English

  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.



 5 working days, up to 2 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
