- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Manage in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- At least 7 years of experiences in sales at agricultural background and minimum 4 years of experiences in management level
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other relevant qualifications is highly preferred
- Business English is must
- Excellent negotiation and communications skills
