Head of Sales at an International Commercial Bus Manufacturing Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for driving B2B sales and B2G sales channel of commercial vehicles

  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK + Competitive Incentive + Allowances

About the company

Our Client is growing commercial bus manufacturing company and looking to establish their footprint to help customers transportation needs.

The Role

  • Set up, plan, and strategize the commercial activities of the products

  • Oversee the sales operation and its activities

  • Develop relationship with new and existing customers including regular visits

  • Manage customers and projects to achieve sales targets and enhancing market growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of management experience in selling commercial buses to corporate customers

  • Strong communication, relationship building, selling and negotiation skills.

  • Have a proven track record of negotiating with senior business decision makers

  • Self-motivated, driving results, resilient and work independently

  • Excellence English Communication Skills
