Handle overall functions of HR & Admin
- Responsible for handling office management, stationary control and administrative tasks.
- Handle the HR functions including recruitment, training, compensations and benefits.
- Manage the employee relations and solve employees’ complaints.
- Handle the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related background.
- A Bachelor degree is a must. Other qualifications in business management or HR will be a plus.
- Fluent Chinese and intermediate English are required.
- Strong Team- working and management skills.
