HR & Admin Manager at the leading Conglomerate Company in Myanmar

  • Full spectrum of HR functions and Administration
  • Salary is up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a well-known conglomerate holding company consisting numerous business sectors.

The Role

Responsible to manage overall administrative and HR activities for the organization

  • Manage and implement HR policies and procedures effectively
  • Accomplish the variety of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships and compliance with all applicable laws for Myanmar
  • Plan, supervise and administer company benefits programs
  • Carry out administrative related tasks in efficient manner


  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field such as office administration and HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred.
  • Business English is required.
  • Strong knowledge in general HR and labor law.
