About the Company

Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing international food and beverage company in Myanmar and always trying to provide the best customer service.

The Role

Responsible to handle both HR & Admin department work functions within the organization.

  • Handle all the HR functions including recruitment, payroll and trainings
  • Prepare yearly HR and Admin budgets including payroll, benefits and other expenses
  • Ensure if HR systems meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, legal and ethical stipulations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field as well as administrative works.
  • Bachelor degree is a must or other professional diploma and certificates will be preferred
  • Able to communicate proficiently in both verbal and written
  • A team leader with strong knowledge in both HR and Admin and able to handle all the works in an efficient manner.
