HR & Admin Manager at the growing group of company in Mandalay

o ​Manage the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters 

o Salary Up to 1,500,000 MMK

The Role

Responsible to improve both HR and overall administrative functions within organization.

  • Supervise and administer benefits program and carry out administrative related tasks in efficient manner
  • Develop HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
  • Drafts organization’s staff actions by completing forms, reports, and records.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR and Admin field
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualification in HRM are highly preferred.
  • Good Command of English communication is required.
  • Strong knowledge in general HR and labor law.
