About the Company
Our client is one of the strongest Group of Myanmar Company having businesses in multiple sectors.
Responsible to improve both HR and overall administrative functions within organization.
- Supervise and administer benefits program and carry out administrative related tasks in efficient manner
- Develop HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
- Drafts organization’s staff actions by completing forms, reports, and records.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR and Admin field
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in Business Administrations or HRM are highly preferred.
- Business English is required.
- Strong knowledge in general HR and labor law.
