- Responsible for implementing and managing the functions of HR and administration
- Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus attractive bonus
About the Company
Our client is one of the growing logistics companies in Yangon providing various logistics services to its consumers.
Handle the overall administrative and HR activities for the organization
- Oversee and manage the human resource activities including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relations and training programs.
- Interact with government offices for the variety of documentations.
- Assist the seniors with performance management procedures
- Reviewing and take require actions upon administration and human resource department’s work done activities and processing report.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
- A bachelor’s Degree and other qualification related with HR and administration are highly preferred
- Strong command of English in both written and verbal
- An excellent interpersonal skill with effective HR administration and people management skills
Up to 3 months performance bonus + telephone + other allowances
