About the Company
Our client is one of the strongest Group of Myanmar Company having businesses in multiple sectors.
Responsible to handle both HR & Admin department, ensuring proper allocation of responsibilities.
- Handle all the HR functions which includes recruitment, payroll and trainings
- Ensure if HR systems meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, legal and ethical stipulations
- Manage budget and asset management which includes preparing annual budgets, monitoring, and controlling expenses, checking and approving invoices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR field as well as administrative works.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other diploma or professional qualifications in related field will be an advantage
- Good command of English in both verbal and written.
- A team player with strong leadership skills to lead the team.
