HR & Admin Officer at the well-known Group of Companies in Yangon.

The Role

Responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process

  • Gathering payroll data like bank accounts and working
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information
  • On-boarding new employees, and guiding new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation
  • Assisting in administrative activities for the organization to be able to use the resources effectively


  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources and Admin fields
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications will be more preferred
  • Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Should have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with all levels of staff
