Responsible to manage complex and difficult HR projects cross functionally.
- Contribute the organization by designing the organizational development programs.
- Educate the organization’s staff to understand HR model and ensure their performance improvement
- Maintain effective relationship between employees and fosters communication and co-operation.
- Deliver HR policies and procedures to represent the complete excellent HR services
- At least 5 years of working experience in related HR area and managerial role
- A bachelor degree or MBA degree is a must and other professional business qualifications will be an advantage
- Strong command of Business English is required
- A strong personality with good leadership skills and relevant labour law knowledge
