Job Description

HR Business Partner Manager at the leading International Company in Yangon

  • Implement HR strategies and maintain the effective employee engagements program

The Role

Responsible to manage complex and difficult HR projects cross functionally.

  • Contribute the organization by designing the organizational development programs.
  • Educate the organization’s staff to understand HR model and ensure their performance improvement
  • Maintain effective relationship between employees and fosters communication and co-operation.
  • Deliver HR policies and procedures to represent the complete excellent HR services


  • At least 5 years of working experience in related HR area and managerial role
  • A bachelor degree or MBA degree is a must and other professional business qualifications will be an advantage
  • Strong command of Business English is required
  • A strong personality with good leadership skills and relevant labour law knowledge
